    This cuvée is the result of a blend from 7 parcels between Vosne Romanée and Nuits Saint Georges. The vines are on average 50 years old and cover 1.5 hectares.

    Vinification and aging

    - Grape destemming
    - Cold pre-fermentation for 3 days to one week
    - Classic, low-intervention alcoholic fermentation
    - Aged by gravity and in French oak barrels (20% new)
