Located in Gassin, on the famous French Riviera, THE domaine Minuty, Founded in the 18th century, this estate embodies the Mediterranean art of living. Its wines, both refined and approachable, reveal a beautiful aromatic palette, born from a unique terroir shaped by the sun and the sea. This vintage is distinguished by its balance between freshness and complexity, appealing to both connoisseurs and novices.

    The dress of Minuty The 2025 Cuvée Prestige is a delicate pale pink, reminiscent of flower petals at sunrise. On the nose, it unfolds with aromas of fresh red fruits, such as strawberry and raspberry, mingled with subtle floral notes. On the palate, it offers a lovely vivacity, supported by refreshing acidity, with flavors of melon and white peach, leading to an elegant, lingering, harmonious, and light finish.

    The vineyard of Minuty The vineyards extend across clay-limestone soils, enriched by the maritime influence of the Mediterranean. Cultivated using sustainable methods, the vines benefit from optimal sunshine, promoting a slow and balanced ripening of the grapes. This unique terroir, combined with an ideal microclimate, allows the grape varieties to fully express themselves, resulting in wines of great finesse and beautiful aromatic complexity.

    Owner and history

    THE domaine Minuty is currently run by the Matton family, who perpetuate the winemaking tradition and family heritage. Passionate about their terroir, they are committed to producing quality wines while respecting the environment. In 2022, Minuty sees the 4th generation of the Matton family flourish, indeed Anne-Victoire Matton joins her father Jean-Etienne and her uncle François in the management of this Provençal jewel. In 2023, LVMH acquired Minuty.

    Vinification and aging

    The winemaking process Minuty The 2025 Cuvée Prestige is crafted with meticulous care. The carefully selected grapes are gently pressed to preserve their aromas. Fermentation takes place at a low temperature, allowing for the extraction of freshness and fruitiness. While the aging process is not disclosed, it is carried out in stainless steel tanks to maintain the vibrancy and purity of the aromas, resulting in a rosé of great elegance, true to the identity of the... domaine.
