THE Champagne Brut Les Vignes de la Vallée comes from a vineyard cultivated with care and respect for the environment. The terroir, which is not disclosed, gives this champagne a unique typicity, marked by a beautiful minerality and great aromatic complexity. Owner and history

Nestled in the heart of the Marne Valley, 15 km from Épernay, the Domaine Dehours & Fils is located entirely on the left bank of the Marne. The vines flourish in clay and sandy soils resting on limestone bedrock. The vineyard extends across 45 plots, primarily planted with Meunier, the signature grape variety of the Marne Valley. In 1999, the first single-vineyard wines were created: Les Genevraux and Brisefer, symbols of a strong commitment to the pursuit of the pure expression of the terroir. Today, the family (Jérôme, Caroline, and Laurence) continues to guide the estate. domaine, with the desire to pass it on to the next generation.

Vinification and aging

This cuvée, the result of extended aging on lees in the bottle, is characterized by a predominance of Meunier, the main grape variety of the Marne Valley and also the signature grape of our own vineyard. A significant proportion of the wine comes from a Perpetual Reserve, begun in 1998. Malolactic fermentation is fully completed.
Aged for 42 to 54 months in the bottle.
The base year for the blend is the one preceding the date of aging in the cellar.
Dosage: variable depending on the disgorging. Between 1g/l and 6g/l.
