    Owner and history

    The Chardonnay vines are located on the Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs, on the hillsides. The Pinot Noir grapes come from Tours-sur-Marne, Bouzy and Ambonnay and contribute the fruity richness of the blend.

    Vinification and aging

    The wine is aged for 3 years with a light dosage in order to preserve the purity of the fruit.
