    Vinification and aging

    The winemaking process Côte-Rôtie La Landonne 2013 is crafted with meticulous care. The hand-harvested grapes are destemmed before being fermented in wooden vats. This process allows for a gentle extraction of tannins and aromas. The wine is then aged for 36 months in oak barrels, some of which are new. This aging period allows the wine to develop structure, refine its complexity, and cultivate spicy and woody notes.
