Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Domaine E. Guigal is a meticulous process, blending tradition and innovation. The carefully selected grapes are destemmed before being fermented in temperature-controlled tanks to preserve the freshness of the aromas. Aging takes place in oak barrels, some of which are new, allowing the tannins to soften and subtle woody notes to develop.
