The grapes are carefully selected and destemmed before being fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Extended maceration allows for the extraction of aromas and tannins from the grape skins. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for an extended period to refine its structure and develop its aromatic complexity. Aging in oak barrels imparts subtle notes of vanilla and spice, which blend harmoniously with the fruity aromas of the Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. The final blend is meticulously crafted to create a balanced and harmonious wine.
