Vinification and aging

The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon from Vasse Felix is crafted with meticulous care to preserve the integrity of the fruit and express the terroir's potential. The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully sorted. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by extended maceration to extract tannins and aromas. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels, adding complexity and elegance.
