Vinification and aging

The Yarra Yering Carrodus Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted with the utmost care, respecting time-honored traditions. The grapes are destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks, with extended maceration to extract aromas and tannins. Aging takes place in French oak barrels for an extended period, allowing the wine to refine and develop its complexity. The wine is then bottled and aged in the cellar for several months before release.
