Vinification and aging

The 2019 Amancaya is crafted with the utmost care to preserve the expression of the terroir and the quality of the grapes. The harvest is done by hand, allowing for rigorous selection of the berries. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruity aromas and freshness of the wine. Aging occurs in French oak barrels for a specific period, allowing the wine to develop its complexity and finesse. The final blend is meticulously crafted to create a balanced and harmonious wine.
