The wine displays a brilliant pale yellow color. On the nose, aromas of white flowers and citrus mingle delicately. Owner and history

Christophe Pacalet, a passionate and talented winemaker, represents the fourth generation of a Beaujolais winemaking family. Drawing on his heritage and experience alongside his uncle, Marcel Lapierre, he has developed his own style and vision of wine. His commitment to quality and respect for nature make him a key figure in the Beaujolais wine scene.

Vinification and aging

Harvest: By hand.
Winemaking: Whole grape pressing without settling, then placed in 500-litre demi-muids without yeast or SO2. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in demi-muids.
Aging: On fine lees, without SO2, for 6 to 8 months.
